Dede was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995 and admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2002. He is one of our overseas associates. His areas of expertise are Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Family Law and Immigration as well as Residential and Commercial Property.

Dede has experience over a wide range of transactions, from syndicated financing and refinancing of large property portfolios using complex group structures to smaller scale loans and security for single property development or for clients investing on a buy-to-let basis. He has also acted for financial institutions such as banks and mortgage lenders in connection with property mortgages, debt restructurings and the buying and selling of loan portfolios.
