A graduate of the University of Lagos (1993) and Legally Qualified (JD) in the state of California Kenneth is a member of the American Bar Association since 2001. He is our private equity consultant. His field of experience covers information technology, Insurance etc. Kenneth has advised several Pan African investment and telecommunication firms on various investment opportunities in the telecom infrastructure space in West Africa, including co-location towers, fiber backbone and open-access submarine cable. Also, he has advised Hotel & Leisure firms, Advertisement Firms and Energy service Firms in Nigeria/West Africa on business development strategy as well as fund raising.

In addition Kenneth works closely with several state governments in Nigeria/Africa on various investment opportunities in agriculture, tourism, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and financial services. He assisted a Nigerian oil service firms in negotiating $500m in new supply contract with its customers and new partnership agreements with its manufacturing partners in Europe, Asia and USA. In all of this the range of services rendered by Kenneth has involved investment strategy, due diligence and valuation. He is also quite a dab hand at raising capital. Areas that pique Kenneth’s interest include energy, advertising, tourism, Agriculture, Hotel-leisure services, telecommunications, manufacturing and financial services.
